Onsite Days

Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Onsite Days is a booking tool for chair massage therapists and agencies. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We've kept it short on purpose.

Who we are

Onsite Days is a trading name of Loving Life Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 10743029, registered office 58 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7HA. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@onsitedays.com.

What we collect right now

At the moment the only thing you can do on this site is join the waitlist. When you do, we store:

That's it. We don't collect anything else from the form.

What we use it for

We use your waitlist details to email you when Onsite Days launches and to give you the early-access offer. We will not sell your details, share them with anyone else for marketing, or add you to other mailing lists.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you gave by filling in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@onsitedays.com and we'll delete your details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The only cookie it sets is a login cookie for the site administrator, which you'll never receive.

Our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security. These are not used to profile you.

Spam protection

The waitlist form includes a simple check to block automated submissions. It does not send your data to any third party.

Where your data is stored

Your details are stored with Railway, a US company, on servers in the EU. Our server and database are only accessible to the Onsite Days administrator, and the connection is encrypted.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Onsite Days launches and you've either signed up for an account or told us you're no longer interested. If you haven't engaged within 12 months of launch, we'll delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Email hello@onsitedays.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

When Onsite Days launches as a full booking tool we'll collect more information (for example, employee slot bookings on behalf of your clients), and this policy will be updated before that happens. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
